Adding your family members to your Amaze account is a real game changer. Your subscription includes your spouse/partner and any children up to age 26. Often the biggest waste of time and money happens when there is an urgent medical need. Creating profiles for your family members is quick and easy. When your child gets hurt at a soccer game, you are going to be much more interested in your next move than in providing basic information. And we’ll be able to help you much faster.
To add your family members, touch the three teal menu “lines”
to reveal your main app “options” on the left hand side of the screen. Touch “Add Family Member” to create a profile for each member.

All of this should take 20-30 minutes max! You can do it while you’re relaxing in front of the TV. The information you add to your app is immediately available to your Amaze provider when you call in. That level of care is one of the things that sets us apart.
